ON-LINE REGISTRATION FOR PARENTS & ALUMNI
Parents, in order to provide the best communication between our district, teachers, and your household, we are requesting that you register on our web site. It is an easy and quick process and will allow you to receive E-Alerts from your student's teachers, update emergency information, view custom calendars and access common forms and more.
As an alumni, this will allow you access to future services, including some great reunion planning tools, ways to communicate with old classmates, a connection with what is happening in the schools today and more.
PLEASE NOTE! If you have already registered, the web site will force you to sign in before filling out the form again. Instead, please update your information through the ACCESS MY INFO button found at the top right of the screen, after logging in.
IMPORTANT: After receiving confirmation that you have been registered, simply visit the web site again and select LOG IN found at the top right of the page. To log in use your LAST NAME as your USER ID and the password you have selected. If you did not choose a password, use gobears and then change your password under the ACCESS MY INFO tab found at the top right corner of the page. After logging in, you will have access to information under the PARENTS tab that is only for you, including instructions on how to subscribe to different sections of the web site to receive E-ALERTS.
To update your emergency card information, please log in and then visit PARENT TOOLS.
NOTE: IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS, GO TO THE SCHOOL PAGE FIRST (i.e. Upton or Brown, etc) THEN LOG IN. WE HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH USERS GETTING "KICKED OUT" IF THEY LOG IN FIRST AND THEN GO TO THE SCHOOL PAGE.
Please note, that you need only register one time per family and NOT per child.
LOST PASSWORDS! For security purposes we do not track individual passwords. If you have forgotten your password, please email cwaterhouse@sjschools.org and the password will be reset for you.
