Very successful Advance Placement program, with 70-80% of students scoring 4’s or 5’s in Biology, Chemistry & Physics.
Science Olympiad team that has placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd at Regionals every year since 2002.
Science scores on the ACT have steadily improved over the past 5 years and are much higher than state and national averages.
Every year we send both students and teachers to the Sam Rhine Genetics Conference

Four member of our department (Nita Nicholie, Jeff Luckritz, Paul Schillio and Paul Hirn) participated in an International Conference to learn more about the PIZA program, our students participated in this international test
Nita Nicholie was nominated for Michigan teacher of the year, 2009-2010.
